Warranties
BRP Enterprises, Inc. warrants its Mastercoat and stainless steel products to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of invoice, other items for one year. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, or abuse. BRP Enterprises, Inc. will-at it.s sole option-repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection by an authorized BRP service representative.
Transportation charges for return of the alleged defective product will be assumed by BRP only if requested by the buyer and returned in strict accordance with written instructions from BRP Enterprises, Inc. BRP Enterprises, Inc. will assume transportation charges for shipment of repaired or replaced product to the buyer, but will not be responsible for providing the cost of labor for removal or installation of the alleged defective product or any replacement.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive, and is given and accepted in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness. The remedies of buyer for any breach of warranty shall be limited to those provided herein. In no event shall BRP Enterprises, Inc. be liable for special, inherent or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of use or profit. No agreement varying or extending the foregoing warranties, remedies or this limitation will be binding upon BRP unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of BRP Enterprises, Inc.
